The Curotec System

The Curotec vibration management systems allows the employer to collect accurate  data in relation to vibration exposure for each member of their workforce, on a daily basis. Once this data is quantified it can be extrapolated and used to predict trends of use, identify the need for tool maintenance and employ preventative actions to be taken in order to protect their employees more effectively.

The Curotec system comprises of 3 components:

 

The Curo:the_curo
The Curo is programmed, to and belongs to the operator it is issued to.
Each operator will have their own Curo, once assigned the operator only need to follow the lights.

 

 

 

 

The Holster:the_holster
Each tool requires its own Holster.
The Holster is programmed to the tool it is attached or bonded to.

 

 

 

 

The Programmer:the_programmer
The Programmer performs the following functions;

  • Activating each Curo
  • Assigning (or programming) each Curo to its Operator
  • Assigning (or programming) each Holster to Its tool
  • Downloading Curo data
